Mostly good, one small issue

I ordered a Zoids Model Kit and some Hobby Brushes. The shipping was fairly quick, arrived in about 5 days. The model kit itself is great quality, no missing pieces or anything. However, one of the brushes had a few bent bristles, not a big deal since I have others, but it was noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, it's a good store with competitive prices, just wish the brush was perfect.
